AbbVie UK has earned Top Employers Certification from the Top
Employers Institute, a global certification company that recognises
excellence in employers.
Certification is achieved following a comprehensive analysis of HR
management and employee conditions within an organisation, followed by
an independent audit to validate results.
In 2019 we were pleased to be recognised by Great Place to Work,
ranking 11th in the large companies category.
In 2018, we were pleased to be recognised by Great Place to Work for
our efforts to achieve Excellence in Wellbeing, a goal we have always
aimed to prioritise.

in a ranking of 45th in the "Medium Business" category
announced in 2015. Our growth took us into the "Large
Business" list, where we have attained rankings of 26th (2016)
and 19th (2017).
