You’ll be joining us on a 2-year fixed term contract through our partners SRG, the programme is designed to accelerate your development, build your industry knowledge, and prepare you for a successful commercial career in AbbVie.

Programme highlights

Year 1:

You'll begin your journey in one of the following commercial areas:

• Marketing: Support campaigns, product launches and customer communications while learning how healthcare brands are positioned and grown
• Customer Excellence: Use data, insight and digital channels to help improve customer experiences and support business performance
• Market Access: Learn how medicines reach patients by exploring healthcare systems, NHS policy and access to treatment

Year 2:

You'll join our field team in a location to be confirmed in the UK:

• In-Field Sales: Build relationships with healthcare professionals across your region while developing your commercial skills and knowledge of the healthcare industry

• PR & Communications: Support media, social media and communications activity while developing your storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Marketing & Allergan Medical Institute (AMI): Help deliver marketing campaigns and educational initiatives that engage and support aesthetic professionals.
• Business Excellence: Use data and insight to support planning, reporting and decision-making across the business.
• International Marketing and Commercial Operations: Help bring global marketing strategies to life, working with teams across different countries to support campaigns, communications and brand growth.
• In-field Sales: Build relationships with clinics and healthcare professionals while developing commercial skills in the aesthetics industry.

Our R&D Medical Early Talent Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across our Medical UK business, where you’ll rotate through different teams in various business areas such as Medical Operations, Patient Safety, Medical Information and Medical Affairs.

You’ll be joining us on a 2-year fixed term contract through our partners SRG, the programmes is designed to accelerate your development, build your industry knowledge, and prepare you for a successful medical career in AbbVie.

Programme highlights

You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, making a real impact on patients’ lives and gaining exposure to a wide range of medical functions and will work alongside other areas of the business such as Commercial and Regulatory.

In your journey, you will:

• Be part of the AbbVie Therapeutics business focused across immunology, oncology, neuroscience and other areas of unmet need.

Our Regulatory Affairs Early Talent programme offers two 12-month rotations across Europe Area and UK Affiliate regulatory affairs and will be part of an innovative organisation with a career focused culture. You will gain broad experience across Regulatory Affairs to understand just what goes into drug development and licensing in Europe through a tailored programme of hands-on experiences, training and mentoring from AbbVie leaders. 

You’ll be joining on a 2 year fixed term contract through our partners SRG, the programme is designed to accelerate your development, build your industry knowledge and prepare you for a successful career in Regulatory Affairs at AbbVie.

Programme highlights

You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, making a real impact on patients’ lives and gaining exposure to a wide range of regulatory functions (Affiliate, Area, Global) and will work alongside other areas of the business such as Commercial, HTA, Clinical and Medical..

In your journey, you will:

• Be part of the AbbVie Therapeutics business focused on innovative medicines across immunology, oncology, neuroscience and other areas of unmet need
• Rotate across key Regulatory Affairs areas in Europe Area and UK Affiliate regulatory affairs tailored to build expertise and skills at both regional and country level
