Our employee volunteering programme, Week of Possibilities, unites colleagues around the world by helping advance health equity through community service. Since our founding, AbbVie employees have volunteered 370,000 hours in communities around the world.

We are committed to assisting our people and their families in times of need. The AbbVie Employee Relief Programme provides critical financial relief to employees after disasters and personal hardship and the AbbVie Possibilities Scholarship Programme alleviates the financial strain of tuition costs for children of AbbVie employees.
